Topp-Leone Inverse Weibull Distribution: Theory and Application
Keywords:
Order Statistics, Maximum Likelihood Estimation, Reliability Analysis, Empirical StudyAbstract
In this article, the discussion has been carried out through the generalization of inverse Weibull distribution. We introduce a new three parameter life model called the Topp-Leone Inverse Weibull distribution. We provide some of its statistical properties including moments, quantile function and random number generator, survival and hazard rate function, and simulation studies. We represent and discuss the behavior of density graphically. The distribution properties of order statistics have also been studied. To assess the flexibility, empirical results of the new model are obtained by modeling some real data sets.Downloads
